Welcome to the King-Merritt Community, Inc. Website
King-Merritt is a community of homes in Greenwich, CT, located just over the Westchester, NY border, zoned with a minimum of one-acre lots. It's named for two of it's boundaries - King Street to the West; and the Merritt Parkway to the South and East.
The streets of King-Merritt are Blind Brook Lane, Bowman Drive North & South, Choctaw Lane, East Lawn Lane, Hettiefred Road, portions of King Street within the boundaries of the community, Mansion Place, Stonehedge Drive North and South, Heather Lane, and Willow Run Road.
