Welcome to King-Merritt

King-Merritt is a community of homes in Greenwich, CT, located just over the Westchester, NY border, zoned with a minimum of one-acre lots. It's named for two of it's boundaries - King Street to the West; and the Merritt Parkway to the South and East. The streets of King-Merritt are Blind Brook Lane, Bowman Drive North & South, Choctaw Lane, East Lawn Lane, Hettiefred Road, portions of King Street within the boundaries of the community, Mansion Place, Stonehedge Drive North and South, Heather Lane, and Willow Run.

Did you know that Westchester County Airport has a noise abatement office, designed to maintain good relations with neighboring communities? Did you know that they investigate complaints regarding excessive aircraft noise, such as when planes arrive or depart during overnight hours?

The KIDDE Corporation, which manufactures household fire extinguishers has announced a recall of 40 million fire extinguishers sold in the US and Canada. The units that have plastic nozzles and plastic handles could become clogged or unusable. Anyone owning one of these fire extinguishers is urged to contact Kidde for a free replacement. The process is fairly simple, and involves the completion of an on-line form at the Kidde website (https://inmarmarketaction.com/kidde/Kidde284US/). You can also call Kidde at 855-271-0773 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET Saturday and Sunday.
